To relieve conditions attributable to aging by:
Providing shopping assistance to low-income seniors in the Greater Toronto Area
Offering educational and social activities for seniors to reduce social isolation and loneliness
To provide employment workshops, career counselling, seminars, and other support services—including employment training and job-search activities—for youth in need.
To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purposes.

Jalalabad Newcomer Seminar series
The Jalalabad Association of Toronto organizes immigration and refugee settlement seminars to support newcomers in navigating life in Canada. These seminars provide vital guidance on immigration processes, legal rights, housing, healthcare, employment opportunities, and community resources. By connecting participants with experts and settlement services, the association helps immigrants and refugees overcome challenges, integrate smoothly, and build a strong foundation for their future in Canada.
